Rady is a PhD engineer with a five-year degree in Electronic Engineering in the telecommunications address from the University of Cairo 1977, followed by several courses of professional specializations.
Rady has over 44 years of work experience in the sectors: IT, industrial, pharmaceutical, energy, oil, managerial including 35 years of entrepreneurial experience. He was honored by the IBM (international business machine) foundation in 1992 by a book of his biography titled “Immigration work and technology” published by ITS books.
He has traveled to most of the countries of the world to follow projects and clients, maintaining a portfolio of large numbers of clients / suppliers. Good relations with the administrations of many countries of the world.
Rady has high administrative, negotiation, planning and analysis skills. He speak and write with distinction three languages: Italian, English and Arabic. He possesses deep knowledge of different Eastern and Western cultures. He also likes sports and enjoys good health.

Furthermore, Valerio has developed innovative solutions for animal feed intake during hot weather conditions, improving feed conversion rates. Additionally, he has implemented a comprehensive traceability system for animal, feed, meat, and food products, gaining approval from prominent distribution systems and certified institutions.
